Our policies for cancellations and refunds are as follows:

1. Service Cancellation

• Clients can cancel ongoing projects or monthly retainers by providing a 15-day written notice to hello@marketinggeenie.com.

• Any ongoing campaign or service in progress will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable once the work has started or digital campaigns are live, as our services are personalized and time-based.

• If a refund is approved due to non-delivery or technical error, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Consultation fees, ad spend, and third-party costs (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable.

3. No-Show or Non-Response

If the client delays approvals, payments, or communication beyond 10 days, the project may be paused or closed without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, completed work becomes the client’s property.

• Marketing Geenie retains rights to showcase anonymized work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

5. Liability

• Marketing Geenie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, third-party platform changes, or downtime.

• All marketing results depend on multiple variables; no guarantee of specific ROI or ranking is made.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees for completed work up to termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
